Vanessa has been a practicing, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2020 and over 12 years’ of experience in the medical field. She has served our Gwinnett community delivering top-rated care and bicultural care for Gwinnett families of Hispanic origin. Prior to that, she spent four years at Gwinnett Medical Center (now Northside Gwinnett Hospital) and two years at Grady Hospital as a mother-baby nurse.

Seeing a provider that actually listens to you and end goal is to help get you off medication than to put you on more. Who would have ever thought providers like those existed?? Well I found my primary care home.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office, Ms Vanessa was extremely thorough with all my concerns and helped me understand in detail the best way to move forward. Process was super easy and staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family
