Welcome to the VivaSalud Clinic SMS Alerts program. By opting in to receive text messages from VivaSalud Clinic, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

SMS Program Terms & Details

Program Name VivaSalud Clinic SMS Alerts
Description We send mobile text messages (SMS) to patients and clients regarding their care and clinic offerings. Messages include:
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
  • Clinical notifications, follow-up care instructions, and health screenings.
  • Educational materials, health tips, and clinic newsletters.
  • Special clinic announcements and promotional offers (such as Alma Veil laser treatment packages or VivaPlan Direct Primary Care membership updates).
Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your relationship with the clinic, upcoming appointments, and campaign cycles. You can expect to receive between 2 to 6 messages per month.
Rates and Costs As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Disclaimer Delivered messages are subject to transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In, Opt-Out & Support

How to Opt-In You can opt-in to receive SMS alerts by checking the consent box on our online intake, appointment request, or consultation forms, or by texting the keyword JOIN to 470-481-7803.
How to Opt-Out (STOP) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 470-481-7803.

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text JOIN or sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
